Objective
The objective of the Stichting Gods Original Design Gouda is:
The spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Bible.
Providing a spiritual and social home for people of all ages.
Maintaining a Christian community and an educational institution focused on spiritual growth, formation, and equipping.
The performance of all further actions that are directly or indirectly related to the foregoing and that promote the achievement of the objective.
The foundation aims at the public benefit and has no profit motive.
Policy Plan (main points)
The foundation seeks to achieve its objectives by, among other things:
Organizing church gatherings where Jesus Christ and the Bible are central.
The offering and providing of courses, training, and education focused on building faith and spiritual development.
Proclaiming the Christian faith in the broadest sense of the word, including through media, publications, meetings, and personal testimonies.
Providing pastoral and spiritual support to individuals and families.
The activities of the foundation are aimed at the general interest and are carried out from a Christian conviction.
Reward policy
The foundation does not have a reward policy based on a collective labor agreement.
The board members do not receive any remuneration for their activities and are not entitled to vacation allowances.
Only persons who perform executive work on behalf of the foundation can receive an appropriate remuneration, which is reasonably proportionate to the nature and scope of the work.
Current report of the activities performed
In the year 2024, the board primarily focused on implementing organizational and structural adjustments that were necessary due to the growth of the municipality. These adjustments were aimed at sustainably continuing and expanding activities in line with the foundation's objectives.
